He has 17 years of rich leadership experience with extensive exposure to global delivery center operations, technology consulting, professional services and people leadership.
He delivered a global portfolio of more than a hundred high-profile projects in more than 80 cities in 45 countries across industries leading teams composed of hundreds to a thousand professionals delivering value to clients. On the side, he trained more than 3,000 project managers and supported Salesforce in enabling hundreds of university students through free trainings and certifications.
He is also an advocate for good using innovation and technology for good. He actively supports various community initiatives from career talks, free trainings, and hackathons both as a mentor, speaker and a judge. He is a community builder and volunteer, a social entrepreneur, thought leader, career coach, innovator, a startup mentor, an artist, a loving husband, a father and a proud Filipino.
