Sash Ghosh is a dynamic leader and currently the Head of Growth and Partnerships at OpenMetal, where she spearheads growth marketing, business development, and partnership strategies. Her career journey is an intersection of creativity and analysis, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Physics and extended certifications in Filmmaking and 3D Animation and Graphic Design. Early in her career, she gained expertise in media consultancy, working on design and coding projects that set the stage for her passion in technical marketing. Sash moved to the United States in her early twenties, transitioning from creative media into high-level marketing roles, eventually landing at InMotion Hosting (IMH). During her nearly decade-long tenure at IMH, she played a key role in forming and leading its first product marketing team, spanning multiple products and product while collaborating with key teams to drive global marketing strategies. At OpenMetal, Sash, who has been a member since it was incubated under InMotion Hosting, took on the challenge of helping to establish the marketing foundation for its innovative cloud infrastructure services. She continues to use her unique blend of creative storytelling and data-driven analysis to shape growth strategies and enhance the company’s brand presence. Known for her commitment to both technical excellence and creative expression, Sash is a pivotal force in building impactful partnerships and driving business success. Sash is an avid open source and OpenStack advocate and is currently one of the community organizers for the Los Angeles OpenInfra user group. She is also serving on the planning and program committee for OpenInfra Days North America 2024 and 2025.
