Mr. Limpin is a seasoned IT professional and certified Data Privacy officer. He has solid experience in various IT areas including software development, unit / system / UAT / performance testing, analysis and design. Performs support/incident/problem/change/deployment management, systems monitoring, hardware and software upgrades/maintenance and research/development. Manages projects for XDC system deployment. Builds teams for different projects which includes conducting interviews, assessment and evaluation of possible candidate. Has done estimation for project, coordinates with on-shore lead regarding client requirements and develops business requirements for analyst consumption. Develops high-level design from business requirements. Well versed in both mainframe and midrange as well as SunSparc systems application development. Performs Data Privacy Impact Assessment for all projects. Provide SME to mainframe / midrange projects. Develops detail designs, test plans, and guides programmers during project kick-off meetings. Provides daily status report to SMRs/Project leads. Provides training to peers regarding project technology. Able to develop applications using COBOL mainframe, JCL, DB2, VSAM, COBOL/400, RPG/400, CL.400, DB2/400.
