My interest for OpenStack is to learn more about the technologies that we use to deploy a private cloud and also to contribute back to the foundation as a developer.

Imtiaz is a Principal Cloud Architect at Workday. Imtiaz comes with over 18 years of experience in developing enterprise and network management applications. At Workday, Imtiaz has been involved with building an OpenStack based private cloud and developing solutions for migrating existing applications to this cloud.

Prior to joining Workday, Imtiaz served at Cisco for over 12 years in developing network management and enterprise collaboration software.

Imtiaz holds both MS/EECS and BSEE from The University of Texas at Austin.
