Richard has been a member of OpenStack since Mitaka. Upstream, he contributes to ironic, making baremetal servers sing. Downstream, Richard develops Dell EMC OpenStack solutions. His passion is improving the operator's experience deploying and managing servers. Richard's professional experience spans networking, server, and storage technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
