GPU use on OpenSrack
Masafumi used to be Core Contributor for OpenSolaris lead porting Laptop project and join OpenSolaris installer (Caiman) project and He also have worked with a Japanese big-name automotive laboratory in Japan for their OpenStack system project, he was responsible for building GPGPU on OpenStack system for their project and succeeded to make it.He has his own project ‘GPU on OpenStack’ with Nvidia and some Japanese OpenStack vendors to enhance GPU use on OpenStack environment and OpenStack Foundation is very interested in his OpenStack project, he is also collaborating with them to spread the word for his project to OpenStack community, now volunteer ing for OpenStack Foundation.
Masafumi has spread the word for his project at Linux Foundation event last year, he has presented ’GPGPU on OpenStack - The Best Practice for GPGPU Internal Cloud’ at Open Source Summit Europe + ELC Europe 2017 and LinuxCon ContainerCon CloudOpen China 2017.
