I recall back in 2014 during the annual planning, of the department that I was working for, that the Management said that they needed a volunteer to look how to migrate the applications to an OpenStack cloud environment, and none raised the hand... but so I did. That was my very beginning of learning about the OpenStack and virtualization. Since that day my work is all about OpenStack, being it deploying, planning, operating or supporting different OpenStack environments.
