Carlos is a contributor to the OpenStack's Shared File Systems as a service. He has been working in OpenStack upstream core features for Manila project, as well as maintaining CI/CD infrastructures and Storage Drivers. He is passionate about the open source community and its strength since the first time he had contact with it, and has been serving as PTL for Manila for two releases.
