Gursimar is trying to empower individuals via Education, Mentorship, and Open-Source. He was invited to Paris and presented at the HAProxy Conf 2022 in November 2022.
He finds fulfilment in coaching and assisting hundreds of others online and in person. Currently, he is a Google Developer Educator, author for freeCodeCamp and the DevOps/Cloud head for the Google Developers Student Club. In the past, he has served as a Google Cloud Facilitator, assisting hundreds of students with their transition to Google Cloud, and an IBM Z Ambassador. He was designated as a Technical Volunteer for the ARTH 2.0 program, assisting students in their technical exploration of more than ten technologies. He is also a Twilio Field Operator that assists students with programming and open-source development.
Through his publications and public speaking, he likes instructing and motivating other technologists, and he does so by creating accessible learning materials.
