Alok Prakash is an offering manager in IBM Blue Box Cloud Group. Alok has worked as director of product management and marketing manager roles at Intel and startups. The scope of Alok’s responsibilities includes Private Cloud-as-a-Service platform based on OpenStack. Alok has spent more than ten years as a software engineer, architect, engineering manager and project lead, and another ten years managing strategic planning and marketing of hardware, firmware and software products. Alok has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute(RPI) and several patents.
