I am a developer for SAP\'s internal cloud. We consume some OpenStack components, and implement OpenStack APIs for some of our other components. My particular interests are Telemetry, Monitoring and Billing.

Following a brief career as a brain imaging scientist, Darren Hague started working with SAP’s software as a consultant in 2001 and joined SAP itself in 2008. Initially he worked on SAP’s developer portal before becoming an architect of the SAP Cloud ID service, the first of SAP’s projects to use DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles. More recently he joined the Cloud Infrastructure Services team which is responsible for building and running an OpenStack-based global cloud platform for SAP’s software to run on.
