I am the Director of Strategy and Deployments for Comcast's OpenStack environment. I want to get our teams more involved in the community and contributing more to newer releases that we have previously.
Holly Bazemore leads the Elastic Cloud Strategy & Deployments team at Comcast, driving the success of Comcast OpenStack private cloud offering. Her team focuses on deployments, architecture, customer experience, community and all things strategic. Holly has over 20 years of technology operations, project management, communications and leadership experience. Prior to joining Comcast, she served as an IT Director for a startup company in the health care industry, held IT consulting positions for several non-profit organizations and spent 10 years handling operations support for Fannie Mae. Holly is active in the community and women's groups, including the Women of OpenStack working group. Additionally, she is the Vice President for the DC/Baltimore chapter of WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications). Holly aims to get Comcast teams involved in the OpenStack community and to contribute back as often as possible. Holly's hobbies include road biking, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
