Promote Your Customer Case Studies

Help us tell your story! We want to identify and showcase a diverse set of OpenStack case studies so let us promote your user story and quantify the true value of OpenStack, displaying your organization's specific OpenStack innovations.

OpenStack will support and promote your user story by helping draft a case study. We'll then feature your story on OpenStack channels such as Superuser, the web, newsletter and social media for at least a month. Additional ways we'll help support user stories include:

  • Paid and earned social campaigns to drive traffic to case study
  • Media coverage, press and analyst opportunities
  • Optional creative components such as
    • Video interview
    • Twitter chat or blog Q&A
    • Infographic
    • Potential webinar featuring the user as well as your company representative
    • Links and mentions back to your company & offerings
    • Potential speaking opportunities at the OpenStack Summit

While we welcome all of our diverse user stories, we are especially on the lookout for enterprise private cloud, non-tech industry users, and production workload use cases. And once complete, we really appreciate those that are willing to tell their stories publicly and help us spread the word in multiple forums.

How to get started

  1. Deployment Survey: We want to hear from anyone that is deploying OpenStack to better understand what you've done and where you are going. Start here to fill out a deployment survey

Login and make your comments public so OpenStack can contact you.

  2. Tell us your story through a user interview. We want to know about your business drivers. Why did you choose OpenStack and what use cases are running on OpenStack? Additional deployment details are most appreciated such as size of node/deployment/cloud, what version of OpenStack you are running as well as which projects (e.g., Compute, Storage, Networking). Contact [email protected] if you would like to discuss further.
