City Cloud joins Interxions Cloud Connect platform

High availability, low latency and secure interconnectivity to City Networks City Cloud now available across Europe.  

City Network, a leading European provider of OpenStack infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) today announced that its public infrastructure service City Cloud has joined Interxion’s Cloud Connect platform. Interxion is a leading provider of carrier and cloud-neutral colocation data centre services in Europe.   Enterprise customers can now interconnect directly with City Cloud through City Connect. This enables customers to extend their network with high speed and secure connections to City Cloud points of presence in Interxion’s Stockholm, London and Frankfurt campuses.  By connecting to City Connect through Interxion’s Cloud Connect platform, Interxion customers will have a reliable and high performance VPN connection to City Cloud. At the same time, this enables enterprises to easily maintain fully redundant infrastructure and build systems that span multiple service providers across Europe. City Cloud customers can also take advantage of Interxion’s Cloud Connect platform and gain access to other cloud service providers available on the platform.
