Carlos Goncalves is a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat. He works in the areas of Networks and Carrier-Cloud Operation & Management, developing novel technologies and tools for the design, deployment, operation and management of cloud-native virtualized networks and applications. He is a core reviewer in the OpenStack Octavia and Neutron LBaaS projects and an active contributor to OpenStack TripleO.

Prior to joining Red Hat, he was a Software Specialist at NEC where he was a core reviewer in OPNFV Doctor and served as OPNFV Ambassador.
