Through a career spanning traditional telecom, satellite, mobile, and IT networking, Fred has been at the forefront of new communication technology innovation for over two decades.  In his current role of Principal Consultant for Ericsson Consulting and System Integration’s (CSI) Cloud Platforms group, he has hands-on experience driving one of the most extensive & complex OpenStack cloud systems for telecommunications into operational status.  Bridging the gap between the agile development teams designing and developing the OpenStack clouds, and traditional IT operations teams that host and support these new clouds, Fred uses his extensive System Integration and Program Management expertise to bring these innovative systems into everyday usage within the complex telecommunications environment.
