Having supported well over 100 private cloud deployments on OpenStack for the past three years, I have become an escalation point for our deployment and support team.  My new focus with community is to understand why OpenStack issues escalate beyond a simple fix, finding the root cause and finding how to improve OpenStack to remove those issues.
