What's up with OSIC, and What Can We Learn From It?

The OpenStack Innovation Center (OSIC) operates a 1000-node cluster for the OpenStack community to develop and test features, functionality and code at scale never before possible.  Each day 100s of virtual machines are created and destroyed on the cluster, for numerous workloads including OpenStack infrastructure gate testing.

In this talk, learn about what kind of workloads the community is running on the OSIC clusters that Intel and Rackspace established for the community. We'll look into how OSIC is improving the cluster to handle the load, and how OSIC is using AppFormix to understand resource consumption and optimize the cluster for the OpenStack community.

Come find out what we can all learn from one of the bigger stacks running.
