Glance: Image Locations
The Glance image Location feature brings user many benefits and meanwhile is a pain for operators, such as security issues. So how to manage it and balance it is a problem we should fix.
(The multiple image locations feature was developed in pre-specs days, and the original designers/implementors are no longer with the project. No one currently on the project is really familiar with the motivations for the feature. We need to make some changes to it, but we want to be sure that any changes are consistent with preserving the usability of the feature.)
Expected Outcomes
* List of use cases for how people are currently using image locations. (These may be used to write a retroactive spec for this feature.)
* Preliminary outline of what problems need to be addressed.
