We've done a lot to improve and split out testing - we still have gaps we need to discuss:
* Testing isn't standardized across roles - what should the standard be?
* How much testing is a the right amount?
* How do we handle integrated builds with the number of new projects coming onboard?
* Should all projects be using the tempest tests, and if so, which ones?
