People make a lot of assumptions about the testing environment, but since we run in multiple clouds and regions that are different these are not always accurate. We'll be working to document and possibly reset test environment expectations.

Note: Work sessions are for Infrastructure contributors to discuss implementation details and making quick progress over specific issues, in a small work group environment.
