Susan has been with Ericsson for 25 years, 10 years with Ericsson in Australia and the last 15 years with Ericson in Sweden. She has worked in Enterprise and Wireline business areas in the Market Unit in Australia, and in the Networks and Cloud organisation in Sweden. She has worked extensively with IMS and has been responsible for a number of the network functions in the Ericsson portfolio at different points in time.

A product management veteran her career has focused on developing products to address technology transitions and the establishment of new business areas.

She has a MBA and Bachelor of Business from the University of Victoria.
