Speaker Details

Cathy is currently a distiguished architect/engineer working on Cloud service and network service at Huawei Technology USA. Her expertise includes Serverless, Cloud Computing, Networking, and SDN. She is the author of the OpenStack Neutron Service Chain API and Data Model Specification and has been leading the service chain project development in the OpenStack community for over two years. Besides OpenStack, Cathy is also a key member of the CNCF serverless work group, leading the work on CNCF Serverless Functional Specification. She has been a speaker in multiple OpenStack Summits, OPNFV Summit, OSCON etc.. Cathy has a Ph.D. degree in Computing Engineering.
