Victor Morales is a Senior Cloud Engineer with +14 years of experience providing software solutions. Co-founder of the OpenStackGDL community in Guadalajara, Mexico and an active OpenStack Contributor since Havana release. He enjoys building solutions that are easy to use, scale and adapt. In ClearLinux, he was responsible to coordinate the efforts for the creation of OpenStack packages.  Currently he works on the OpenStack Innovation Center(OSIC) collaborating with Neutron community to enable Rolling Upgrades.
