Jerome Pansanel received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg in 2003. From 2004 to 2009, he worked for biotech companies in the Cheminformatics and IT departments. He joined the French National Centre for Scientific Research (https://cnrs.fr/) in 2009, as research engineer in charge of the operation and user support of the Grid and Cloud infrastructure at the Hubert Curien Pluridisciplinary Institute (http://www.iphc.cnrs.fr). Expert member of the technical committee at France Grilles, the French National Grid Initiative, in 2010, he takes the leadership of the Federated Cloud project in Fall 2013 and became technical director in July 2014.
