Stephen currently works as a consultant helping clients get the most out of GridGain and its open source foundation, Apache Ignite. He has been working with in-memory technologies for over a decade, starting with complex event processing engines Aleri and Apama, taking a diversion to work with Hadoop, before returning to near-real-time computing. In his spare time, he’s been known to dabble with Arduinos, 3D printing and writing iPhone apps.
