StoryBoard 101: Survival Guide to the Great Migration

Community members are uneducated about the state of StoryBoard and are unaware of how to make the transition from Launchpad to StoryBoard. In order to get all of the projects moved, they need to learn how to migrate all existing feature requests and bugs over to the new tool and, of course, how to use the new tool.

The process of migrating from Launchpad to StoryBoard is not a complicated one, but it not a well known path. Only a few projects have made the switch at this point and many that haven't moved don't have any real barriers to moving, they just don't know how. This presentation will educate attendees on the migrations scripts that exist, how features in StoryBoard map to the features community members are used to using in Launchpad, and how to begin using this new task tracking tool.

What can I expect to learn?

By the end of our session, attendees will be familiar with the process the project will need to go through to make the switch and have a basic understanding of how to use StoryBoard for all their task tracking needs.

Wednesday, May 10, 1:50pm-2:30pm (5:50pm - 6:30pm UTC)
