Scaling to 100 Nodes and Beyond

Enterprises have elicited concerns about the availability and performance of OpenStack as workload and deployment size increases. In this session, we want to promote adoption by showing you that with OpenStack, horizontal scaling is not only possible, but a straightforward and replicable process. We will discuss the environmental considerations necessary prior to scaling, then demonstrate our successful process of scaling a 22 node environment to 100 nodes and beyond.

What can I expect to learn?

Operators and leaders will learn that scaling on OpenStack is a straight-forward, replicable process. Attendees will walk away with knowledge on what must be considered prior to scaling, and what the scaling process entails.

Wednesday, May 10, 11:50am-12:30pm (3:50pm - 4:30pm UTC)
