Joel Bethers currently leads a team of engineers responsible for the design of data centers, backbone, and metro networks for Cox’s Voice and Video services.  He is also responsible for all Data Center design to include Cox Communications initiatives for network function virtualization which includes the design of NFVi, NFVO, and VNF’s.  Joel has been at Cox Communications for 15 years in a wide array of capacities.
