Sébastien obtained a Master in Computer Science in 2005 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
He started working as analyst-developer for the Legislative Observatory of the European Parliament for 3 years, then for the belgian social security.

For 3 years, as software architect, Sébastien was in charge of the API and cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) of a speech recognition service.

He started at CETIC in 2014 as Senior Research Engineer to strenghten the Data Management department, in particular in the field of Cloud Infrastructure Management, using tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and OpenStack.
