Bruce has been a Senior Solutions Architect in the computer industry for forty-one years, working at multiple technology companies including Mirantis. During his career, Bruce has provided integration services, application development, and large scale deployments for major corporate initiatives at high end internet companies, financial institutions, government agencies, and corporations. Bruce has been involved with OpenStack since 2010 as a member of Hewlett-Packard’s Public Cloud team and was heavily involved with the initial release of HP’s Helion Openstack based on their  Juno distribution. Bruce has maintained an active role in the Open Source communities through the OpenStack Rocky release, Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR and Cassandra current releases, and Open Source supporting technologies such as Whirr, TransLattice, Vertica, etc . Bruce’s expertise has been enhanced to include CI/CD pipeline ecosystem software such as Spinnaker, Git, Jenkins, Gerrit, Aptly, etc. and containerization orchestration platforms and service meshing technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio.
