Summit Format:
- The Paris Summit will run for five days, Monday - Friday, November 3-7.
- Keynotes run Monday - Tuesday
- Breakout sessions run Monday – Wednesday
- Design Summit runs Tuesday - Friday
ATC Designation on Name Badges:
- If you are an Active Technical Contributor (ATC) and would like to be designated as so on your name badge, please register for the Summit via EventBrite using the unique ATC-specific registration code that is provided to you. If you register using a different code (speaker, sponsor, etc) then you will not have the ATC designation printed on your Summit name badge.
Dietary Restrictions:
- If you have a special dietary restriction please make note of this on the Eventbrite form when you register for the Summit.
Language:
- All Summit presentations will be given in English. At this time we are not planning to offer simultaneous translation.
Transportation:
- The Paris Metro is the fastest and most affordable transportation in the city. The Porte Maillot metro stop on Line 1 is located in the Summit venue - Le Palais des Congrès building. You can view the metro details and maps HERE.
Registration Refunds & Transfers:
- Refunds and Transfers will be granted from the start of registration through October 24, 2014 - after this time no refunds or transfers can be made.

Visas:
- Requests for inviation letters must be received prior to October 24, 2014. Visit the VISA Information page for more details.
