China UnionPay is the central and pivotal part of China’s bankcard industry and plays an essential role in the industry development. As the pioneer OpenStack adopter, China UnionPay build the financial Cloud since 2012, with OpenStack Essex version. With the growing of business and development of the OpenStack community, we upgrade and design larger scale cloud platform, based on OpenStack Liberty version. More mature features are enabled on the new cloud platform. The performance of resource provision are promoted dramatically. The business application keeps migrating from traditional IT to cloud platform，and run hosted private cloud for subsidiary and banks.
