This session will be used to discuss upgrading Openstack versions N+2 or greater. It would be great to have lots of devs present to help us set realistic expectations and brainstorm ideas for incremental improvements to facilitate this type of upgrade as well as upgrades in general.

There was a lot of discussion during the PTG on this subject. We can review those sessions to set the starting point.
