Seungkyu Ahn is a Senior Principal Engineer at kt cloud, a founding organizer of the OpenStack Korea User Group, and leader of the Kubernetes Korea Group. With 30+ years in IT, he is an expert in AI and cloud, experienced in application development, software and system architecture, and project leadership.

He specializes in containers, Kubernetes, system software, and CI/CD. He has built and operated Kubernetes platforms for finance, telecom, and AI, focusing on efficient, reliable application deployment. He also has strong knowledge of storage and networking, essential for platform construction. His recent work includes secure AI software deployment with GPUs and Kubernetes, and network optimization using eBPF.

As a cloud specialist, he has led private cloud data center projects in Korea, China, and the US with OpenStack, solving challenges in infrastructure, networking, storage, and compute.
