Mitchell has been working as been an OpenStack developer since the Juno release. He was one of the people responsible for kicking off the Ironic-Neutron integration effort. He also maintains the Arista ML2 driver and L3 plugin and has worked on adding support for baremetal provisioning, hierarchical port binding, and network-defined VLAN range restriction.
