Rolling maintenance and upgrade in interaction with VNFM

OPNFV Doctor is defining the way to make infrastructure maintenance and upgrade in rolling fashion in interaction with application on top of it. This will guarantee a zero downtime for the application, knowledge of what new capabilities are coming over the upgrade and possibility to make it in rolling fashion without additional hardware. The POC for implementation was presented in the OCP and ONS summits in March 2018.

There will be presentation before this session in the summit, so this will be nice follow up to have the discussion before moving forward.
