OpenStack Interop Working Group (formerly DefCore) produces the OpenStack Powered (TM) Guidelines (a.k.a. Interoperability Guidelines). But, how do we decide what goes into the guideline? How do we define these so called "Capabilities"? And how does the team "score" them?
